Located 10 miles from Bourg-en-Bresse on the D1083 to Lons-le-Saunier and only 5 miles from the A40, Camping du Sevron is a well positioned stopover for many French ski resorts. For Snomads travelling home from the Aosta Valley and Piedmont it’s 120 miles from the Mont Blanc tunnel and 440 miles from Calais.
How do you get to Camping du Sevron?
Camping du Sevron is best accessed from Junction 6 on the A40 where the D52A link road will take you quickly to the D1083. Turn north s/p Lons-le-Saunier and Montaplan for 3 miles, then turn right onto Chemin du Moulin des Groboz. The campsite is 300m on your left and is level access throughout the site.

Winterised Tips
- 300m from the campsite is a large restaurant ‘Maison des pays de L’Ain’, however when last visited by Winterised (Feb 2020) was closed for the winter so it is best to come prepared to self-cater as local village only has a takeaway
